Requirement - Improve new graduate effectiveness and help build supervisory skills for high potential staff wanting to become organizational leaders.

Process - Mixed workshops over 10 months. Workshops conducted back to back, 8am, 10.45am and 1pm. Each workshop ran several times to minimize client disruption and ensure all available staff could attend.

Requirement - Help introduce a ‘training culture’ and provide skills development and reinforcement across all work levels. Ensure training was relevant for highly educated staff with mixed levels of seniority.

Process - Series of regular ‘Lunch and Learn’ Bite Sized Training sessions. Attendance not compulsory but workshops needed to be suitable for those dealing with colleagues from other international offices.
